Overview
Vivenda Filipa is a four bedroom villa with private pool located in Carvoeiro, just a short distance away from the town centre of Carvoeiro, the local beaches and a large supermarket. A Portuguese restaurant, Nuno's, is within walking distance. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher; electric hobs; oven; toaster; filter coffee maker; microwave; fridge freezer and juicer. Washing machine in exterior utility cupboard.
The living/dining room is complete with a wall mounted TV with cable channels; DVD player; CD player and dining table for 8 persons. Patio doors lead to the terrace where steps lead down to the pool area- these steps are protected by a child friendly gate.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds together and this room uses the shower room across the hallway. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.90 x 1.40 metres) and an en suite bathroom.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Vivenda Filipa. Bedroom three has twin beds and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 metres) and an en suite shower room. There is a safe in the double wardrobes.
Outside Space
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and electric entry gates. Traditional charcoal BBQ and exterior dining tables. 8 sun loungers with pool towels provided. The swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with the deep end 1.80 metres in depth and the shallow end 0.90 metres. Next to the poolside terrace is an exterior WC and a stone built-in table tennis table, situated under the shade of the banana tree.
Location
Vivenda Filipa enjoys a good location a short distance away from the town of Carvoeiro, approximately 3 kms away. The local big Intermarche supermarket is just 2kms away and a Portuguese restaurant, Nuno's, is within walking distance. The nearest beaches are approx.3kms away, including Carvoeiro beach and Benagil beach.
Carvoeiro town centre has numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest resorts - set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Carvoeiro Area.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
