Overview
Quinta das Laranjeiras is a lovely 4+1 bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in the countryside close to Lagoa and within short driving distance of the beautiful coastal town of Carvoeiro and some of the most picturesque beaches that the Algarve has to offer.
Living Areas
Living/dining room with TV (international satellite channels), DVD player, Wi-fi internet, dining table and 8 chairs and patio doors to the pool terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 x fridge freezers, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, oven, 4 x gas hobs, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and juicer. Breakfast table with 8 chairs. From the kitchen, doors lead out to the covered terrace with charcoal BBQ, table and chairs and the pool table. The washing machine is also positioned here.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds, split unit a/c and they share the use of the adjacent family bathroom.
Bedroom four is the master suite, situated on the first floor of the villa. This bedroom has a double bed, a/c (fitted unit), double wardrobes with safe, and the use of the adjacent bathroom. Next to the master suite is the 'plus one' room with a double pullout sofa bed that is suitable for adults or children. This room is equipped with fans.
Outside Space
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry. The deep end of the pool is 1.80 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.20 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 x sun loungers and there is an exterior shower facility.
Location
Quinta das Laranjeiras is situated close to the Nobel international school and the town of Lagoa, therefore the beautiful coastal town of Carvoeiro is only a short driving distance away, as are some of the most picturesque beaches that the Algarve has to offer. There are a selection of excellent golf courses in the area, including the Gramacho and Pinta courses, and for family days out the Slide & Splash waterpark and the Zoomarine attraction are both within driving distance.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Carvoeiro Area.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
