Overview
Villa Ciprestes is a lovely private five bedroom villa with heated pool and private tennis court, set on a hillside just before the town centre of Carvoeiro, surrounded by acres of mature woodland, with pines, olives, carob, and fig trees. With sweeping far reaching sea views to the south and the Monchique mountains to the north, the villa offers a rare sense of space, privacy, and connection to nature, yet remains just a gentle 10/15 minute stroll from the heart of Carvoeiro making the location of this villa truly unique! With air conditioning and wi-fi internet throughout included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Villa Ciprestes is full of authentic character and traditional charm. Inspired by traditional hacienda architecture, the villa is arranged on a single level around a central courtyard, celebrating outdoor living in true Algarve style.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms in the main house where there is the brand new renovated and well-equipped kitchen , dishwasher, range cooker, hob, two fridges and a wine fridge, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Alongside the main house is a fully self-contained two-bedroom annex, complete with its own kitchen area and living/dining area, ideal for extended families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.
Back to the main house, the light and airy spacious lounge area offers comfortable sofas, a Smart TV (Customers should bring their account log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the smart TV.), MEO cable TV with a selection of international English language channels, various Sonos speakers throughout the main house, and there is also a piano if you partial to tinkling the ivories!
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The Main House features: One double en-suite bedroom (1.80m x 2.00m) with an ensuite bathroom including a walk in shower, bath and heated towel rail. Two twin bedrooms (each with two 0.90m x 2.00m beds) - one ensuite with a bath, overhead shower and heated towel rail; and the other with a dedicated bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
The Annex includes: One double en suite bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) with a bath, handheld shower, and heated towel rail; and one twin en suite bedroom (two 0.90m x 2.00m beds) with a bath, handheld shower and heated towel rail. The Annexe also has a seperate wet room with shower, and a utility room with its own washing machine.
Outside Space
Outdoors, the villa truly shines. Guests can enjoy a large 12.5m x 8m swimming pool heated on a complimentary basis, a private tennis court, small trampoline, table tennis table, multiple outdoor dining areas, seating areas and sun loungers. There is a charcoal fixed barbecue as well as a gas portable barbecue, perfect for long, sun-soaked days and relaxed evenings under the stars. The property is exceptionally family-friendly, offering generous space for children to play and adults to unwind.
Location
Villa Ciprestes has lovely far reaching sea views and is close to the centre of Carvoeiro- a lively and picturesque seaside town, ideal for family holidays. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of international restaurants, cafés, and bars, scenic coastal walks along the Boardwalk, and regular boat trips exploring the local famous caves and grottos. During the summer months, the town square comes alive with nightly live music and dancing. For the more adventurous, activities in the local area include water sports, golf, scuba diving, jeep safaris, go-karting, fishing, dolphin watching, cliff walks, and wine-tasting tours.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek clean with bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover full clean with linen and bathroom towel change. A safe, hairdryers and pool towels are available. Baby essentials such as a cot and highchair are available on request.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
