Living Areas
A short flight of steps leads from the private driveway leads to the main entrance and swimming pool area. From here the hallway gives access to a spacious yet cosy sitting room, with new satellite TV, Wi-fi internet, wood burning fireplace and integral dining area. There is a well equipped and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a separate laundry area with washing machine. Leading off the kitchen is an patio area with covered terrace - Ideal for al fresco dining, in fact there is plenty of outside terrace for sitting and relaxing around most of the property.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms and double bedroom, served by two bathrooms - an extra bed is available at no extra charge.
Outside Space
The large swimming pool 10M x 5M is South West facing and gets sunshine all day, the pool is surrounded by a paved patio, providing plenty of space to sunbathe.
There is a substantial built in barbecue on hand for outdoor gastronomy and open air diners will appreciate the charming hillside views.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Carvoeiro Area.

Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
