Overview
The Valenca 1 enjoys a magnificent position on the clifftops overlooking the ocean with stunning views over Carvoeiro's sweeping bay. For those familiar with the area, the position is about 400 metres to the east of the beach of Carvoeiro.
This is a unique property set in large grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and easy walking distance to the beach.WiFi and air conditioning in bedrooms is included.
Living Areas
The entrance hall leads to an open plan living room with comfortable sitting area with fireplace, TV, CD player etc. The fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven hob, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, coffee maker and leads to the covered terrace with outdoor furniture and Barbeque. The washing machine is located outside in a designated laundry area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is in 3 bedrooms 2 with twin beds (one of the twin rooms has a single bed plus pull out bed) and one double, and these are served by 1 bathroom and 1 shower room & WC. Bedrooms have air conditioning included in the rental cost.
Outside Space
The 8m x 4m pool has ample sunbathing area is very private with six sunbeds and a view which is just amazing. There is also plenty of garden with lawn areas to play ball games.
Location
The property is ideally positioned for access to local shops, restaurants and cafes which are only a few minutes walk - 150 metres.
Other Items
Rates include regular maid cleaning service and linen change weekly and towels twice weekly. WiFi and air conditioning is included in the rental.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Carvoeiro Area.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
