Overview

Villa Ademar is a luxurious and very spacious 4+1 bedroom air conditioned villa situated in the heart of the prestigious Dunas Douradas resort, within close walking distance of the beach and the Vale do Lobo tennis academy. The villa is furnished to high standard throughout and is equipped with all the necessary mod cons. Private swimming pool with heating available if required, games room and landscaped gardens on an extensive plot are all features of this beautiful house.

Living Areas

Open plan kitchen and dining area with air conditioning, i-pod dock and table with seating for 6 persons. Triple patio doors lead directly to the main terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an American fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, filter coffee maker, 5 x gas hobs and extractor. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Lounge with TV with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Split unit a/c, CD player and doors to the poolside terraces.

On the lower level of the property is the games room with pool table and wall mounted TV with the English language cable channels.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to the main terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, a private terrace overlooking the pool and a Juliet balcony with frontal aspect and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom four is the master double suite with split unit a/c, dressing area, terrace with view over the pool, wall mounted TV with the English language channels, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. From this level of the house you can access the roof terrace.

Bedroom five is the lower level '+1' bedroom, particularly suited to older children or teenagers as it is on the same level as the games room. This bedroom has twin beds, a portable a/c unit, an en suite shower room and natural light through the windows. From this level there is a separate entrance to the pool area.

Outside Space

Electric entry gates and offroad parking on the villa forecourt. Shaded terrace with a gas BBQ, food prep area, sink and exterior dining table with seating for 10 persons. The terrace is furnished with comfy seating (with shade) and 10 sun loungers. The swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and a manual pool cover is available to retain the heat. The poolside terraces are flanked by extensive lawn gardens and to the rear of the plot there is a gate which takes you to the lovely communal garden area shared by the villas in this area. From here you can walk to Marias beach restaurant in comfortably less than 10 minutes.

Location

Clients staying at Villa Ademar can use the communal pool at Dunas Douradas main reception free of charge and the tennis courts (local charges apply). There is also a restaurant, pool bar and a small expensive supermarket here.

The location of Villa Ademar is superb, with the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's and the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias and Izzy's- all within walking distance.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.
