Overview
Villa Ariana is an impressive four bedroom detached villa with private pool and is comfortably furnished in a traditional style. This luxury holiday home is only a few minutes walk from the beach, Marias restaurant and a short car ride from the fashionable bars, restaurants and shops of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
When you stay in this property you also benefit from the use of the communal facilities at the Dunas Douradas development, which include tennis courts, swimming pool with poolside bar and restaurant and a separate children’s pool.
Accommodation throughout is furnished with care, to provide an atmosphere which is both elegant and welcoming. There is air conditioning installed in this villa to provide extra comfort during the hot summer months (weekly supplement applies). Under-floor heating is also available for a supplemental charge in the winter, making this property ideal for all year round rentals. French windows in most of the rooms invite you to make the most of the garden, the terraces and the views beyond. The villa has cable TV (including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports) and a Bose sound bar. There is also Wi-Fi available for clients use.
Living Areas
There is a large lounge and additional living space provided by a comfortable Study/TV room- English language cable channels and a good selection of DVDs are available.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Delta coffee maker etc. At mealtimes, choose between the generous indoor dining area and the more relaxed atmosphere of the charming barbecue terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is spread over two floors and each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable channels. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom (with two beds that measure 0.90m x 2.00m) , served by a separate shower room. Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms (0.90m x 2.00m) , one with a shower room and the other with a full bath/shower room. The master bedroom has two twin beds together to make a double bed (measures 1.80m x 2.00m ) is also on the upper level and has a full bath/shower room; it also benefits from French windows opening onto a balcony. There is a safe in the master bedroom.
Outside Space
The poolside patio is landscaped in keeping with the garden, there are 8 sunbeds and parasols and the pool itself is a generous freeform shaped 8m x 4m with Roman style entry steps and can be heated for a supplemental charge. The pool is 1.00 metre deep in the shallow end and 1.60 metres at the deep end.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
