Overview
Monte dos Avos is an outstanding single storey, four bedroom villa with private pool, recently built to a high specification and enjoying a private and peaceful location in the picturesque surroundings of Vale de Parra.
With air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room; wi-fi internet and electric shutters throughout. There is also a table tennis table for your enjoyment.
Living Areas
The entrance hall leads to the large kitchen which is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer; toaster; electric hobs and oven; dishwasher; coffee maker and microwave, and is furnished with a breakfast table and chairs. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The living room is comfortably furnished and features doors leading directly to the poolside terrace, a flat screen TV with DVD player and freeview channels including BBC and ITV.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All of the bedrooms in Monte dos Avos are en suite and air conditioned. Bedroom one is a double Queen bedroom, doors to the side terrace and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with doors to the side terrace and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is a double Queen room with an en suite shower room- there is room for an additional Z bed for a child in this room.
Outside Space
The private pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4.5 metres with Roman steps, which can be heated for a supplemental charge. The pool terrace is smartly presented with decking and is furnished with 8 sun loungers and there is a poolside shower (hot & cold water). There is a shaded terrace with dining table, the perfect spot to enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the in-built charcoal BBQ. Lovely countryside views can be enjoyed from the grounds, which have plenty of space for parking and are protected by an electric entry gate.
Location
Monte dos Avos enjoys a hillside location in Vale de Parra yet is only a 5 minute drive from beautiful blue flag beaches- 'Castelo beach is just a 5 minute drive (2.8km). There is a wonderful selection of other Blue Flag beaches and coves in the area, which are just a couple of minutes drive further : Sao Rafael, Castelo, Evaristo, São Lourenço and the long sandy beach of Gale. Albufeira town, famous for its interesting old town and its nightlife, and Marina, are also a 10 minute drive.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Air conditioning is also included in the rental rate. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Gale, Vale da Parra and Guia.

Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
