Villa Amora is a charming single level three bedroom property with a private swimming pool and garden. This villa is ideal for families with younger children as the pool area is fenced from the upper lounge terrace. Ideally located close to the busy resort of Albufeira & the locally renowned Salgados golf course. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, four gas hobs, an extractor fan, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer and a Dulce Gusto coffee machine. There is a breakfast high table with four accompanying stools and a convenient door that leads to the outside clothes drying area.

The air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including some English language channels, and a dining table with seating for six people. You'll also find a great selection of books to enjoy in English. Patio doors open onto a spacious covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining whilst overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent guest shower room. This shower room also serves as a guest cloakroom.

Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the upper terrace off the lounge. Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The private garden is laid to lawn and has a large swimming pool measuring approx.10m x 5m with corner Roman steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and upon prior request. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace furnished with six sunbeds and a parasol. The covered dining area is complete with a table and six chairs and for the budding chefs in the group there is a built-in charcoal BBQ.

Location

Villa Amora is perfectly located near Praia de Galé beach, which stretches for 5 kilometres—plenty of space to relax or explore. Walk west towards Armação de Pêra, and you'll come across traditional fishing boats resting on the sand. Head east, and you'll find a more dramatic coastline with jagged limestone stacks and hidden caves. Or stay in the heart of the beach, where jet-skis, sun loungers, and bustling seaside restaurants await.

For a laid-back evening, head to nearby Guia and enjoy a cold beer in a quiet square under the stars. If you're after a livelier night out, Albufeira is just a 15-minute drive away. The neon-lit Avenida Doutor Francisco Carneiro is lined with bars, pubs, and clubs playing the latest hits, while the old town’s Largo Engenheiro Duarte Pacheco offers a more relaxed atmosphere with charming Portuguese-style bars.

For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole Salgados Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away, perfect for a round in the Algarve sunshine.
