Villa Buganvilia is a great 3 bedroom air conditioned villa with Wi-Fi and heatable pool- perfectly located in the charming Quinta dos Alamos residential estate where it is a short walk to Guia Village, famous for Chicken Piri-Piri. Close also to the wonderful local beaches.

The Wi-Fi internet and the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room furnished with comfy sofas and dining table for 6 persons and with a flat screen TV with free to air satellite channels, DVD player, I-pod dock and fireplace.

Modern designed kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including a washing machine, electric hobs, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom with patio doors to the terrace overlooking the pool, and bedroom two is a twin bedroom particularly suited for children and with safe. Bedrooms one and two can share the use of the family bathroom or there is an additional bathroom with shower unit on this level.

Bedroom three is the master suite, located on the first floor of the property, and this bedroom is complete with a double bed, en suite shower room with hairdryer and a Juliet balcony with views of the pool and surrounding countryside.

Outside Space

Free form 'triangular' shaped pool with steps entry which measures approximately 8 metres x 7 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in charcoal BBQ.

Location

Located in Quinta dos Alamos in Guia- a great location as you can walk into the village of Guia with its numerous restaurants, bars, banks and mini-market etc with no need to drive! Guia also has a daily fish, fruit & vegetable market and a bakery.

Algarve Shopping Centre is the largest shopping complex in the region and only a few minutes drive away. It has multi cinemas, restaurants and much more. Albufeira town, famous for its night-life and wonderful Old Town is a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service from Guia to some beautiful beaches and also to Albufeira. All in all this is a great base to explore the attractions of this very special part of the Algarve.
