Overview

Villa Campos is a delightful three bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and a lovely lawned garden. Located in the São Rafael area, close to Albufeira and just a short distance from some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a kettle; toaster; five gas hobs; an extractor; an electric oven; microwave; washing machine; dishwasher; Nespresso coffee machine; and a fridge freezer.

The living area is of an open plan design and has split unit air conditioning and is furnished with sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of international cable channels with some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for six people. Double patio doors open onto the pool and garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower. Patio doors lead to a private terrace furnished with table and chairs, safe for kids to play. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and use of the separate guest bathroom.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three which is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, a wardrobes and and en suite shower room. Patio doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with a table and two chairs.

Outside Space

The freeform shaped pool, measuring approximately 8m x 5m, offers easy access with either built-in steps or a ladder. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off before or after your swim. For those who love to cook, the charcoal BBQ is ideal for grilling up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table with seating for eight- perfect for al fresco dining. Sun worshippers can enjoy one of the six sunbeds, while two parasols offer a shady retreat when needed. The villa also comes with its own private parking space, ensuring added convenience during your stay.

Location

This villa really is in an excellent location and close to some of the best beaches in this part of the world with the nearest being the beautiful Coelho beach which is approx. 800m. Albufeira's wonderful Old Town is a short drive away. Guia Village, with its many restaurants home of the delicious 'Chicken Piri-Piri' is close by. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its shops and cinema and the absolutely must visit Zoomarine are also very near, so car hire is recommended.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
