Casa Vista Mar is a brand new luxury villa that enjoys an outstanding location with beautiful sea views from all rooms, situated just a few minutes walk to the beach and just a few minutes drive to the adjacent Sao Rafael beach, voted one of the finest beaches in Europe. The accommodation is arranged on 3 levels.

Living Areas

Ground floor: Spacious lounge/dining room with sliding pateo doors to the pool and terrace. Flat screen digital satellite TV, DVD player, i-pod dock, WiFi internet.

Spacious open plan kitchen with sea views, with central island with ceramic hob, American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor: Twin bedroom with pateo doors to pool terrace. Shower room. Mezanine floor : 2 x Twin bedrooms with pateo doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath and a seperate shower, twin hand basins.

1st floor: Spacious gallery landing with sofas. Twin bedroom with patio doors to balcony, en suite bathroom (with shower inside the bath) twin handbasins. Queen sized bedroom with patio doors to balcony and en suite bathroom with jacuzi bath, shower, and twin hand basins.

Outside Space

Mosaic tiled and heated overflow infinity swimming pool (5m x 15m) with end Roman steps. Gas BBQ.

Location

There is a restaurant just 300m from the villa and also it is same distance to another beach bar / restaurant at the nearest beach. Albufeira town & Marina: 6kms away.

Other Items

Rates include maid cleaning, one week bookings have 1 midweek clean & change of towels, 2 weeks have a weekend clean and a change of bathroom towels, pool towels and linen. Change over day: Saturday, although other change over days can be requested. Hair dryer available.

Table tennis is offered in the villa.

Minimum rental: 1 Week.
