Overview
Casa Amizade is an excellent family villa situated in a quiet location in Sesmarias -close to some of the best and most picturesque beaches of the world- Coelha (which is a 10 minutes leisurely walk away), Castelo, Gale and Salgados. Within 10 minutes drive are the Salgados golf course, Albufeira and Zoomarine. The villa features A/C throughout, high speed WiFi connection and pool heating is available on request.
Living Areas
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, electric hobs, extractor, 2 ovens, microwave and toaster.
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with table and chairs for 6 persons, curved flat screen TV with BBC and cable channels, DVD player, comfortable sofas and fireplace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with a/c, double wardrobes with safe and an adjacent shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed, a/c and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom three is on the first floor of the property and this room is complete with a double bed, a/c, an en suite shower room and doors to the first floor South facing terrace- very nice. There is also a cozy lounge area on this level of the villa.
Outside Space
Casa Amizade has a lovely big swimming pool which measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Exterior shower and integrated charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking is available on the villa driveway.
Location
The villa enjoys an ideal location to explore all that this wonderful part of the Algarve has to offer. Albufeira Town, famous for its nightlife and lively and atmospheric Old Town, is only a short drive away. Also only 10 minutes drive is the fantastic ZooMarine which has so much to offer including a 4D Cinema and a spectacular Dolphins show- a great day for family especially the kids. It is 4 minutes walk to a free kids playground with a pool and a 15 hole mini golf at friendly Scoobie's restaurant. For regular golfers there is a sophisticated Salgados Golf Course only 4 km or 8 minutes drive away from the villa. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and O Marinheiro restaurant (delicious seafood) is only 150 meters away. So all in all Casa Amizade has a great location!

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and linen. Hairdryers and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Gale, Vale da Parra and Guia.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
