Villa Ramos is a cracking four bedroom, three bathroom villa with swimming pool situated in a peaceful and private location close to the delightful coastal resort of Olhos d'Agua and within driving distance of the resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura.

With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in three bedrooms included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Living/ dining room complete with a flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player and Wi-fi internet. Fireplace, comfy sofas and dining table with 6 chairs. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, 4 x electric hobs and fridge freezer. Utility with washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, and this bedroom has a double bedroom, split unit a/c and the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower unit which can also serve as a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of Villa Ramos. Bedroom two has twin beds and split unit a/c, bedroom three has twin beds, a fan and a safe in the double wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the family bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and a private terrace with country views.

Outside Space

The spacious terrace adjacent to the pool houses the exterior dining table with seating for 8 persons, to enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the brick built charcoal BBQ which is situated to the rear of the property. The swimming pool is freeform in shape with steps entry and measures approximately 9 x 5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 1.00 metre in depth. Next to the pool is a shower facility and the poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers. There is space on the villa driveway for the parking of 2 or 3 vehicles.

Location

Villa Ramos is located close to the charming coastal resort of Olhos d'agua, with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. Vilamoura is also only a short driving distance away.

Rates include a midweek cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel, and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
