Living Areas

The living area has a fireplace, and LCD Satellite TV with Movie On Demand feature and international TV channels and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. Separate dining room with dining table to seat 8 persons.

The fully equipped kitchen has appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove with vitroceramic cook top, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, kettle and toaster. Separate utility area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside Space

Spacious exteriors with a private garden with Balinese Hut and sunbeds, lawn garden surrounds, barbecue area and dining table with 8 seats, private swimming pool and heated jacuzzi (included in the rental rates). The pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres approximately with steps entry and the shallow end of the pool is 1.20 metres in depth and the deep end is 1.45 metres in depth.

Other Items

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season. A la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

Full Resort Credit:

Guests can use their full resort credit throughout the resort.

€100 per accommodation, per day, with an additional €15 offered by the resort; totaling €115 per accommodation per day.

With the Resort Credit, guests may dine at any of the open in-resort restaurants for any meal period; breakfast, lunch or dinner (excluding the Yakuza restaurant), subject to seasonal opening and resort occupancy.

The credit can be used for the Serenity Spa, the golf course and Porto Pirata Kids Club.

The resort credit is not applicable in the Resort retail stores, Spa retail products, the Yakuza restaurant nor Albufeira City Tax.

The Resort credit is applicable per accommodation and not per person. Unconsumed credits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash.
