Overview

Apartment Victoria Village Secrete is a charming one bedroom duplex apartment situated in the gated resort of Victory Village in the heart of Quinta do Lago. This one bedroom apartment sleeps up to four persons using the sofa bed in the upper level living room which can be prepared for one or two persons. The apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout with top quality appliances and fittings.

It is a 2 minute to the Quinta do Lago lake or a 15 minute walk to the beach via the famous Quinta do Lago bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) across the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The beach here is family friendly and has a lifeguard during the summer months and a selection on renowned restaurants in the local area.

Fibre optic wi-fi internet and centralised air conditioning with individual room controls are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the upper level open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen, despite its compact size, is well stocked with essential appliances, including an electric oven, four electric hobs, extractor, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, icemaker and a fridge-freezer. In the utility cupboard next to the kitchen area there is a washing machine/dryer.

The living area has a relaxing ambience and is furnished with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), and surround sound speakers in the ceiling.

The dining table seats four comfortably. Large patio doors flood the room with natural light and lead out to a private balcony, where you can perhaps enjoy a meal on the BBQ grill, or a morning coffee or an evening drink. Additionally, a guest cloakroom with shower are conveniently located on this level for added comfort.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead down to the double bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the patio furnished with two sun loungers and a parasol.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge is furnished with comfortable exterior sofa seating, a Weber electric BBQ and a parasol. The patio off the bedroom is furnished with two sunbeds and a parasol. The view from this south west facing balcony is beautiful, with stunning sunsets.

Location

Located in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four star complex situated on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. Communal facilities which customers are entitled to use are the large communal swimming pool with lifeguard during summer months, 2 x tennis courts, the poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal opening), 24 hour security and reception. Close to the apartment there is a gate which leads directly to the Quinta do Lago lake and Casa do Lago restaurant which can be accessed from the lower level bedroom entrance.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
