Casa Paloma is a beautiful traditional style, Algarvean villa with a private pool (which can be heated for a supplement), offering five bedrooms in the main villa and a further twin bedroom annex. Relax in the cosy living area furnished with split unit air conditioning, fixed sofa seating, flat screen TV showing a variety of cable channels including the popular English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.
A few steps lead up to the dining area where family meals can be enjoyed at oval dining table with seating for six people with a further six chairs if required. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.
The air conditioned kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and three accompanying stools and is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, four gas hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Patio doors open open onto the garden and poolside terrace.
The utility area off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, ice machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, iron and ironing board. There is also access to the exterior clothes drying space. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two, three and four. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private terrace.

On the upper level you will find the spacious master bedroom with far reaching sea views, a king size double bed, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV offers the same cable channels as the lounge, walk-in wardrobes, a safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom six is in the separate annex with its own private entrance. This is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a small flat screen TV offering the same channels as the previous TV's, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private terrace.
The covered terrace provides shelter from the sun and features a spacious table with seating for six people, creating a perfect spot for outdoor dining. A gas BBQ with a food preparation area makes outdoor cooking convenient and enjoyable. In addition to the terrace dining area, there are an additional two tables providing seating for another sixteen allowing larger groups more options for al-fresco dining.
Adjacent to the dining area, you have a comfortable sofa seating area. This is a great place to relax, read a book while enjoying the outdoor ambiance. An awning helps provide shade over the terrace and keeps the area cool during hot days. The kidney-shaped pool measures approximately 9.5 meters in length and 4.5 meters in width (heating is also available for a supplement) and the pool includes steps for easy entry, making it accessible for all ages. Sunbeds are scattered around the pool, allowing guests to soak up the sun and relax comfortably with four parasols offering additional shade options. The poolside gazebo is another space providing a cosy and shaded spot for relaxation or outdoor. The outdoor space is laid to lawn with views onto the lake creating a green and lush environment. The lawn is surrounded by trees and shrubs, providing a natural atmosphere.
Casa Paloma is just a short drive from the golden beaches, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and a wide range of entertainment and excellent restaurants in the sophisticated resort of Quinta do Lago. The resort also benefits from a great selection of leisure activities including five outstanding golf courses to choose from. The nearest restaurant is Casa do Lago on the lake and also The Shack, they are both an easy 10 minute walk from the villa
Rates include a maid service 5 times per week except Weekends and Bank Holidays. Bed linen changed once a week and towels twice a week. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. Parking available for multiple cars.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
