Apartment Chilli is a stylish first floor, two bedroom property with gorgeous lake views, located in the beautiful São Lourenço Village right in the heart of Quinta do Lago. With fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The bright and modern living area is of an open plan design and is complete with comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, ITV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).

The kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar and four accompanying stools is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including a dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a juicer. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer in the upper shower room. Patio doors lead to a spacious balcony is protected by a manual awning and is furnished with an outside dining table with seating for six people and offers beautiful views of the lake and golf course.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level of the apartment, and is a double bedroom with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with a safe and an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom two is situated on the upper level of the apartment, accessed by one flight of stairs. This bedroom has twin beds, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and the use of the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

The apartment benefits from a lovely balcony protected by a manual awning and is furnished with a table and seating for six people, this space has stunning with views of the lake and the surrounding golf course. The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court, communal pool and a pool bar (seasonal opening).

Location

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Wi-Fi is installed at this property and is free to guests. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
