Apartment Flor is a spacious and pleasant two bedroom ground floor apartment, located in the Sao Lourenco village and facing west onto the green landscaped gardens and the 9th hole of Sao Lourenco golf course. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are provided free of charge throughout your stay. This apartment is situated on the ground floor, however, steps lead up to the front door.
Open plan lounge & dining area with split unit air conditioning, comfortably furnished with sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.) The dining area is complete with a table and seating for four people and a fireplace for the cooler months. Patio doors open directly onto the garden and further communal landscaped gardens.
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor, four electric hobs, microwave, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and a separate adjacent shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.
Apartment Flor with west facing garden that flows into the well maintained communal gardens is an ideal spot for kids. The patio area is complete with a gas BBQ and a table with seating for four people, perfect for Al fresco dining! There are a couple of sun loungers for those who like to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade.
The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
