This beautiful villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Villa Aailyah spans across three levels and offers a frontline position next to the 8th tee, providing breathtaking views of the golf course, whether you're a golf enthusiast or simply seeking a tranquil getaway, this property is the ideal choice.

Living Areas
The large air conditioned kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, wine cooler, two electric ovens, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. patio doors lead to the outside BBQ. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area complete with a table and seating for eight people. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The tumble dryer is in a cupboard near the front door.
A few steps down to the lounge with split unit air conditioning and furnished with comfy sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a variety of cable channels including the popular English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), Bose speaker and triple patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the entrance level of the villa you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing area, safe, a wall mounted flat screen TV which works independently and has the same channels as the lounge and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, safe, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. patio door lead to the garden. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the front terrace.
Stairs lead up to bedroom four which is the carpeted master doble room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing area, safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. patio doors open onto a private balcony with amazing golf course views.
Outside Space
Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our well-maintained large garden, filled with a diverse selection of shrubs, trees, and flowers. Relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa seating while watching golfers tee off at the 8th hole. The swimming pool measures approx. 7m x 4m (can be heated for a weekly supplement and has a pool cover to help retain the heat at night) with steps for convenient entry and an internal grab rail. For the sun worshippers, bask on one of sunbeds, while those seeking shade can relax under one of the two large parasols, there is also an outside shower for you to rinse off before a swim. The budding chefs in the group can take advantage of the gas BBQ to prepare delicious meals during your holiday. Dine al fresco at the spacious outdoor dining table, which comfortably seats eight people.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
