Sun-hat are excited to introduce you to Townhouse Emerald, nestled in the exclusive Pinheiros Altos golf resort in Quinta do Lago. This stunning three bedroom property is complete with access to the resort's main communal pool and as one of the Algarve’s most prestigious and sought-after holiday destinations, this property is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a touch of luxury. Air conditioning throughout and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The spacious open plan living space is complete with an elegant dining area furnished with a table and seating for six people. The lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a media desk and chair and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV Sky Sports and BT Sports. Double patio doors lead directly to the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave and a juicer. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All three bedrooms are found on the upper level of the property. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading to small balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms one and two share the separate family shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is the master double suite with a dressing area and fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors from this bedroom lead to a private balcony.
Outside Space
Step outside from the lounge into the charming garden, where you can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, complete with seating for six. And for those who love to cook, there’s a charcoal BBQ ready for you to fire up! Guests also have access to a lovely communal swimming pool a short stroll away, perfect for soaking up the Algarve’s glorious sunshine.

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area. There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
