Villa Katy is a fantastic luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 10 people and located in a privileged area in Quinta do Lago, 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from Quinta shopping. The villa has generous areas and the décor has an elegant touch. With very attractive outside areas, including a heated pool and a gazebo in the garden. The exterior areas of the villa have been totally refurbished to create a brand new, stunning pool area and surrounding terraces. The perfect conditions for the perfect holiday!

The villa has air conditioning throughout that is included in the rate, with a central system in the ground living areas and split units in the bedrooms. Villa Katy also has broadband wi-fi internet connection.

The living and dining area has been designed and furnished by Timothy Oulton- and it looks great!

Living Areas

One of the key features of Villa Katy is the fabulous spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Good quality furnishings are used throughout and the living area has a large flat screen TV with satellite and IPTV channels, including sports; a fireplace; a DVD player; a CD player and an I-pod docking station. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar, and double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include two ovens; a central island with grill, electric hobs and fryer; American style fridge freezer; juicer; microwave; dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

On the lower level of the villa there is a TV room and the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one on the ground floor is a King size double room with flat screen TV, doors to side terrace and an en suite bathroom with spa bath, separate hydro-massage shower unit and dual wash basins. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Master bedroom two is a double room with Emperor size bed (2 x 2 m) and is located on the first floor of Villa Katy, and is complete with a flat screen TV; doors to the first floor terrace with sofa chairs, table and sun loungers, a separate dressing area with safe and an en suite bathroom with spa bath and dual wash basins.

Bedroom three is also located on the first floor, and this bedroom is a twin bedroom with a small TV; doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom.

The lower level of the villa has TV room and two bedrooms, four and five, which are interconnecting via the shared shower room with dual wash basins. Bedroom four is a triple room with three single beds and double patio doors to the side of the villa where there is access to the gardens via a flight of steps,

Bedroom five is a single room, although there is room for another bed in this room, so upon request a bed from the interconnecting triple room can be put into the single room to make two twins.

Outside Space

Villa Katy has pleasant gardens and a private swimming pool which can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. The poolside terraces are equipped with 10 sun loungers, pool towels are provided for your convenience. There is a shaded terrace with patio furniture and a newly constructed gazebo with table, chairs and a gas BBQ. Comfy seating area with gas fireplace and a wall mounted exterior flat screen TV showing a complete range of UK TV channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa driveway, which is protected by gates and an entry phone system.

This villa is located in the heart of Quinta do Lago. The most exclusive resort in the Algarve. Situated next to five championship golf courses and less than 5 mins drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and linen. The TV in the Master bedroom is linked to the main TV in the lounge; the remaining two bedrooms on the ground and first floor are also linked. There is also a ready made ramp available to request at the villa to assist wheelchairs and pushchairs. If needed please request this at time of booking.

This property owner will only allow 10 people maximum to stay at this property - this includes children and infants.
