Villa Katy is a stunning four-bedroom luxury villa, all with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests plus infants. Situated in one of Quinta do Lago's most prestigious locations, the villa is just minutes from the beach and the fashionable Quinta Shopping Plaza.

Designed with elegant open-plan living in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas have been beautifully designed and furnished by renowned designer Timothy Oulton. Villa Katy combines sophisticated interiors with exceptional outdoor spaces. Recent investment has transformed the exterior, creating a spectacular pool area and beautifully landscaped terraces. Air conditioning is included throughout the villa, with a central system serving the ground-floor living areas and individual split units in each bedroom. High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including the outdoor terrace.

One of Villa Katy's standout features is its spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Beautifully furnished to an exceptional standard, the lounge features a 75-inch LG Smart TV with cinematic surround sound and IPTV streaming, including sports channels. A contemporary marble fireplace provides warmth and ambience during the cooler months

The elegant dining area and breakfast bar create the perfect space for entertaining, while three sets of double patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and gardens, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Master Suite

Located on the first floor, the impressive master suite features an emperor-size bed (2m x 2m), a flat-screen TV, a separate walk-in wardrobe with a safe, and a luxurious marble en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.

Two sets of patio doors open onto the expansive first-floor terrace, complete with outdoor lounge furniture and sun loungers overlooking the beautiful Quinta North Golf Course.

Bedroom Two

Also located on the first floor, this flexible twin or super-king bedroom features access to the terrace through patio doors and benefits from a stylish marble en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom Three

Situated on the ground floor, this spacious king-size bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, access to a private side terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower and double vanity units.

A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

Bedroom Four

This generous family bedroom offers three single beds or can be configured as one king-size bed plus one single bed. It includes a spacious en-suite shower room with double vanity units, an adjoining dressing room, and patio doors leading to the gardens.

Outside Space

Villa Katy's mature private gardens provide a peaceful setting for relaxing in the Algarve sunshine. The private swimming pool can be heated for an additional weekly supplement and is surrounded by luxurious bespoke sun loungers and a large covered daybed.
