Living Areas

Situated on the entrance level of the property, the kitchen is furnished with a breakfast table and is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs, extractor, sandwich toaster and coffee machine. A laundry room on the lower level of the villa houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Next door to the kitchen is a room with a pool table, and this room leads onto the living room, which is complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; DVD player and Playstation 2. Patio doors lead directly from both the living room and the pool room to the fabulous poolside terrace.

On the lower basement level of the villa there is also a garage with table tennis table; a mini gym with basic weights and equipment; a sauna and turkish bath (the usage of which are included in the villa rate) and a shower room which is also in close reach of the pool area via a staircase.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double upon request. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace and the bedroom has an en suite shower room.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and doors to the poolside terrace. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

Bedrooms three and four are situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double upon request. En suite bathroom and doors to the first floor terrace overlooking the pool area and the San Lorenzo golf course beyond.

Bedroom four is the Master double bedroom complete with en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower unit. Doors lead directly to the first floor terrace. Views of the San Lorenzo golf course.

Bedroom five is a double room located on the lower level of the villa. This bedroom benefits from natural light and is of an equal high standard to the rest of the bedrooms in the villa, however it can only be accessed through the villa's garage, where the table tennis table is situated. This bedroom has an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

Villa Lana has excellent outdoor facilities, including an exterior kitchen which is perfect for those who love outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven, in addition to the Weber gas BBQ and the sound system.

The pool is 'L' shaped and measures approximately 14 metres x 10 metres, and is surrounded by the lawn gardens and the extensive wood decking poolside terrace, furnished with sunloungers and complete with sitting area near to the pool. On the side of the house there is also a small synthetic putting green.

Location

Villa Lana occupies a peaceful and charming location overlooking the first fairway of the famous San Lorenzo golf course, within a short drive of the fashonable Quinta shopping. Quinta do Lago boasts a range of excellent restaurants and five championship golf courses, and is a short distance from the beach.

Other Items

Rates include maid service, towels and linen, airo conditioning and usage of the sauna and Turkish bath. The maid service is 5 x per week, except for public holidays.
