Sun-hat are delighted to introduce to our comprehensive luxury villa portfolio– Villa Liz, a contemporary six bedroom property, built on three levels, and complete with a private swimming pool, extensive manicured gardens, and a poolside jacuzzi.

This spacious villa is perfect for large families and has been designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the private cinema room, shooting some pool in the games room or getting active in the gym. The beautifully maintained gardens offer plenty of space to unwind, and feature a table tennis table and a four hole putting green with a sand bunker.

Villa Liz is ideally located in the sought-after Parque Atlântico North area of the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and within easy driving distance of everything the resort has to offer including championship golf courses, The Campus sports hub, Koko Lane & the driving range, and not forgetting the stunning sandy beach with its various oceanside restaurants. Villa Liz has everything you need for an unforgettable Algarve holiday.

Centralised air conditioning throughout with individual room controls, and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Steps lead up to a striking entrance hall, where a sweeping double staircase sets the tone for the villa’s grand yet welcoming atmosphere. The spacious formal lounge is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating and triple patio doors that open onto the poolside terrace & beautiful garden. The cosy TV snug is complete with a large sofa, and a wall mounted Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

At the heart of the home is the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, five ring hob, extractor fan, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nutribullet juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler and plate warmer. A breakfast bar with seating for three provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, while a wall mounted flat screen TV offers the same channels as the TV snug nearby. The elegant dining room features a large table with seating for twelve. Double patio doors open directly onto the terrace, pool and gardens. The utility room houses the washing, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom near the front door.

On the lower level you'll find the villa’s entertainment space, designed for both laid back evenings and active afternoons. The cinema room features six deep leather chairs and a large projection screen with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime (using your own log-in credentials), BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports, along with a wide selection of English language channels. The games area is complete with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, a pool table and a darts board. For guests who like to keep moving, the private gym with split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV is well equipped with free weights, a multi-gym machine, rowing machine, exercise bike and cross trainer. The bar area includes two fridges and seating for three, making it an easy spot to gather for drinks before a film or game night. There’s also a quieter seating area with four leather armchairs — ideal for escaping with a book.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a double room with two single beds (0.90m x 2.0m) pushed together which can be made as a twin room upon prior request, a flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the snug TV, fitted wardrobes in the hallway, and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. A large window leads to a side terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four, five. Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower oom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom four and five which is furnished with two sun loungers. Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV, an an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony. Bedroom five is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite shower room and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony.

On the lower level of the villa you will find bedroom six, this is a twin room with 0.9m x 2.0m beds, natural light through the window, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The large garden at Villa Liz is the highlight of the property and is truely stunning, immaculatly kept, laid to lawn and surrounded by lush trees, shrubs and flowers. The pool measures approx. 12m x 5m and has steps for easy entry. (The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and doesn't have a pool cover). Next to the pool is the heated jacuzzi. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to the shaded outside dining space complete with a table and chairs, there is also a shaded comfy seating area furnished with rattan sofas and chairs. Keen chefs will enjoy the Beefeater gas BBQ complete withn a convenient sink and food preparation counter. The active members of the group can enjoy some poolside table tennis or test you golf skills on the putting green complete with its own bunker, (all the equipment is proivided for both the table tennis table and the putting green). In the centre of the garden is a wooden pergola with table and chairs and a further gazebo with bench seating.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week with a mid week bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
