The villa features a private swimming pool, a compact gym, and an impressive triple-height entertainment space complete with a pool table and table tennis table – perfect for fun-filled days and evenings with family.

Ideally located in the sought after Golfe Leste area of the prestigious Quinta do Lago resort, Villa Ophelia puts you right in the heart of the action. Koko Lane, the driving range, and the Quinta do Lago golf clubhouse are all just a short stroll away.

For year round comfort, the villa offers central air conditioning with individual room controls, along with high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating, all included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The main lounge offers plenty of stylish sofa seating and features a double sided gas fireplace, shared with the dining area, creating a warm and sociable space. Large patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully. Adjacent to the lounge is the TV snug, complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of UK channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).

The dining area includes a spacious table with chairs and bench seating and opens onto the modern, well equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a central island and breakfast bar with six stools, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully fitted with four electric hobs, an extractor, an air fryer, a toaster, a kettle, an integrated electric oven, a combi microwave, a double fridge with a single freezer, and a sandwich maker. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level.

On the lower level, you will find the utility room, gym, family TV room, and entertainment area. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. The air conditioned gym has a wall mounted flat screen TV, and is equipped with a Technogym running machine and an exercise bike. The air-conditioned entertainment area is perfect for friendly family competition, with a wall mounted TV, table tennis, and a pool table, plus a handy kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There’s also a dedicated family TV room with two air conditioning units, a large sofa seating up to twelve guests, two bean bags, and an impressive 86” wall mounted Smart TV offering the same range of UK channels as throughout the villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, Bedroom One offers a comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobes, and a wall mounted Smart TV with the same range of English speaking channels as the main living areas. The en suite shower room features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, and patio doors open directly onto the garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find Bedrooms Two and Three. Bedroom Two is a double room (1.60m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony with beautiful golf views, furnished with two sunbeds — perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

Bedroom Three is the spacious master suite, featuring a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobes, a safe, and a wall mounted Smart TV. Guests can also enjoy a Sonos speaker, ideal for streaming their favourite music from their smart device. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with spectacular views over the 18th hole of Quinta do Lago’s North Course. The large en suite bathroom includes a free-standing bathtub, double vanity units, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. A further patio door leads from the bathroom onto an additional private balcony furnished with two sun loungers. Bedrooms Two and Three also benefit from an interconnecting door, making them ideal for families.

On the lower level, Bedrooms Four, Five, and Six offer comfortable and flexible accommodation. with natural light. Bedroom Four is a double room (1.80m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedrooms Five and Six are both twin rooms (0.90m x 2.00m), each with fitted wardrobes. These two rooms share a central shower room with double vanity units and a heated towel rail. Both rooms can also be made up as double beds on request, offering added flexibility for your group.

Outside Space

The beautifully landscaped garden borders the 18th hole of Quinta do Lago’s North Course and is filled with mature plants, trees, and colourful flowers, creating a peaceful and private setting.

The outdoor cooking area is perfect for long, relaxed evenings and comes fully equipped with a bar and three stools, a gas BBQ, two gas hobs, a fridge, sink, and a generous food preparation counter.

The private swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and can be heated for a weekly supplement. An electric pool cover helps retain warmth overnight, and an outdoor shower is conveniently located poolside for rinsing off before or after a swim.

The poolside terrace offers plenty of sun loungers along with two luxurious day beds — ideal for soaking up the Algarvian sunshine. Alternatively, there is a parasol if you prefer a little shade. For alfresco dining, there’s a shaded table with chairs and bench seating, while shaded sofas and chairs provide the perfect spot to unwind with a good book or a cool drink.

Steps lead down to the lawned garden, where you can enjoy lovely views across the driving range and surrounding greenery.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses, and within a few minutes' drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

The centrepiece of all this scenic splendour is the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Formed in the 18th century by a great oceanic earthquake, today Ria Formosa is a continually changing landscape of saltwater marshes, exceptional greenery, and freshwater lagoons. There is so much to discover, and so many ways to do it, either on your own or through biking, walking, or floating tours.
