Villa Palmeiras Altas is a beautiful five bedroom villa situated in a premium location on a large private plot on the prestigious Pinheiros Altos golf resort. All 5 bedrooms are en suite, and the interiors have been finished to a very high standard throughout. Includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, a heated pool (weekly supplement applies) and stunning views of the golf course and local countryside, making this the perfect choice for a relaxing family villa holiday.

Guests staying at this villa are entitled to discounted rates on the Pinheiros Altos golf course.

Living Areas

Large air conditioned living/dining room with TV with a wide range of English language satellite channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV; DVD player and Bose music centre. Double sets of patio doors take you to the side terrace with golf and country views. The dining area is air conditioned and the table seats 8 persons.( extra seats available) Doors lead outside to the pool terrace.

Next to the dining area is the spacious air conditioned kitchen, which is fully equipped to a high standard with appliances including a juicer, fridge freezer, 2 ovens, electric hobs, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Wall mounted TV and CD player, and breakfast table. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is an additional guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The two master suites are situated on the first floor of the property, with the other three bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned. All bathrooms have towel heaters as standard.

The first master suite on the 1st floor has a double bed,(1.75 x 2.00m) a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels, a separate dressing area, an en suite with a bath and shower unit and doors to the shared terrace which has lovely golf views.

The second master suite has a double bed (1.75 x 2.00m), wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels, a dressing area, en suite with bath and shower unit and doors again take you to the shared fist floor terrace.

Bedroom three on the ground floor has two standard twin beds together( can be separated but must be requested in advance), dressing area, en suite bathroom and doors to the side terrace. Bedroom four has a double bed (1.75 x 1.90m), dressing area, en suite bathroom with shower unit and doors to the side terrace. Bedroom five is a double bedroom (1.60 x 1.90m) with country views and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Outside Space

The exteriors of Villa Palmeiras Altas are spacious, private and immaculate- with beautiful views of the golf course and the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool measures approximately 11.5 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is 0.90 metres in depth and the deep end is 2.00 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Separate shaded dining terrace with dining table & 10 seats and an integrated gas BBQ. Additional shaded relaxation area. There is a table tennis table outside at the villa.

There is plenty of space for parking on the villa driveway, protected by electric entry gates.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

During Premium and High season, price would include daily maid service (Monday to Friday) of two hours. Linen and towel change would be weekly (therefore only rentals of two weeks would have change).

On all other dates, maid service would be supplied 3 times a week. Linen and towel change same as above.

A cot and highchair are available upon request, Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
