Apartment Dorothea is a splendid one bedroom apartment superbly located close to the beach at Dunas Douradas and the Vale do Lobo tennis centre. Finished to a high standard throughout, this split-level apartment features an en-suite bedroom, spacious open plan living areas, a private plunge pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet which are included in the rate.
Living Areas
Spacious open plan air conditioned living/dining room with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace and complete with a TV, DVD Player and Wi-Fi internet. A wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports are available for you to enjoy. Dining table for 4 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hobs, oven, juicer, coffee maker and microwave.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The en suite bedroom and additional guest cloakroom are situated on the entrance level of the property. The bedroom has a double bed, a/c, double wardrobes with a safe and an en-suite bathroom with bath and double wash basins. From this level, a few steps lead down to the open plan living/dining room.
Outside Space
Apartment Dorothea has a decent sized poolside terrace, furnished with table & chairs and 2 sun loungers. The plunge pool measures approximately 4 x 4 metres with steps entry. A gate gives good access down to the Dunas Douradas road, giving you a nice walk to the local beach.
Location
Apartment Dorothea is very close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre and is within walking distance of the well known Dunas Douradas and Julia's beach.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and linen. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
The maximum occupancy is 2 guests in total, minimum age of 25 years.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
