Apartment Emma is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that has been completely refurbished to a high standard and is situated close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy. With air conditioning and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates. This apartment has a double room (2 singles pushed together) and a small twin room suitable for a children or teenagers.

The open plan kitchen has appliances including a kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, extractor, toaster, electric oven & 4 electric hobs. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge has split unit air conditioning, comfy sofa seating and a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels Sky Sports, BBC & ITV. Patio doors open onto a small terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room (twin beds pushed together) with spilt unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 is a small twin room with split unit air conditioning, suitable for children or teenagers. There is a separate family bathroom with an electric towel rail.
Outside Space
The exterior private terrace has a gas BBQ, a table with six chairs and a parasol.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
