With air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi Internet included in the rental rates. This one bedroom apartment has an extra plus one room that can sleep a third person upon prior request and confirmation from the owner.

Open plan kitchen and lounge complete with a table and seating for six people, comfy sofa seating, an armchair, a Bluetooth speaker and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc).
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, fridge freezer, extractor, toaster, kettle, Krups coffee machine, and four electric hobs. Patio doors open onto a private terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an adjacent shower room with double vanities. The plus one room is complete with a single bed and a fan.

The private terrace off the lounge is furnished with comfy sofa seating.

Situated close to the Tennis Academy, with the sandy beach and a plentiful supply of stylish restaurants and bars close by in the fashionable Praca.
Vale do Lobo is a popular development situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Close to the beach, the resort has two golf courses, a tennis centre, shops, and restaurants. Water sports, horse riding, and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive of the development.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towel change (midweek and weekly) and bed linen change (weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
