Overview

Casa Carvalho is an exceptional, four bedroom, four bathroom luxury villa with private pool which can be heated for a weekly supplement. Recently renovated to a high standard and situated in the sought after Varandas do Lago area, a development of high quality properties centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates. Electric shutters and mosquito nets on all doors & windows.

Living Areas

The large entrance hall with a guest cloakroom leads through to the air conditioned, open plan lounge & dining area, furnished with a large 'L' shaped sofa and double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. Complete with a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky sports & TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).

The air conditioned modern kitchen includes a central island with a breakfast bar and four stools. Fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an integrated electric oven & grill, four electric hobs, an extractor, a blender, a toaster and a double fridge & a double freezer. Patio doors open onto the outside dining area. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tunble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room (0.90m x 2m) beds, with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with double vanities. Bedroom two is a double room (1.60m x 2m) bed, with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. On the bedroom corridor there is a further door that leads to the poolside.

On the upper level of the property you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room (1.60m x 2m) bed, with split unit air conditoning, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is the master double suite (1.80m x 2m) bed, with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV, and an full en suite bathroom with a free standing bath tub, a walk-in shower, double vanity units, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Outside Space

The garden is well maintained, laid to lawn & private. For the budding chefs in the party there is a charcoal Weber BBQ, with a food preparation counter and a sink. The large outside dining table sits under the partially covered terrace and has seating for eight people, perfect to enjoy your al-fresco meals. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sunbeds and a parasol if you want a little shade. The pool measures approximately 10 metres x 4 metres and has steps for easy entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement, and has a pool cover is to help retain the heat at night). There is also a convenient outside shower to rinse off before or after a dip.

Location

Casa Carvalho is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Rates include a mid-week towel change and clean for stays of 7 nights. For stays of 14 nights guests receive the mid-week towel change and clean plus a weekly changeover clean, towel change and bed linen change.

A hairdryer, safe and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
