Villa Diana is a beautiful villa, modern in design with bright, contemporary interiors and with spacious exteriors and a heated private swimming pool. Centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. The villa features Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining area with dining table to seat 8 persons. Flat screen TV with DVD player, cable channels, Samsung sound bar, IPTV box with UK channels and video club.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, integrated microwave, 2 ovens, dishwasher, electric hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle and expresso coffee maker. Separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. All of the bedrooms in the villa have double wardrobes with a safety deposit box. Bedroom one has two twin beds together to make a double and doors leading directly to the terrace and bedroom two has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the use of the ground floor family bathroom which is complete with towel heater, heater, hairdryer and bath with shower over. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the property.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is the master double suite with an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, separate shower unit and large corner bath. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room with double wash basins, towel heater, heater and hairdryer. Patio doors lead directly from both bedrooms to the first floor terrace.

Outside Space

The spacious exterior areas are split into two terraces- the lower terrace with dining table, lovely big parasol for shade, charcoal BBQ and comfy seating area. Steps then lead up to the upper pool terrace, where the private pool measures 9 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The steps leading up to the pool terrace are protected by a gate.

Villa Diana is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
