Casa Granada is an exceptional, four bedroom, four bathroom contemporary linked townhouse with private pool situated in Varandas do Lago, a development of high quality properties centrally located between the prestigious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Enter into a small entrance hall with guest cloakroom with shower which leads onto the light and spacious open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable seating, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English TV channels including BBC, ITV and Sky sports.
Up a few steps to the bright dining area with seating for six persons, and where patio doors open onto the partially shaded outside terrace and pool area. The modern fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, built-in fridge freezer, electric oven with four gas hobs, iron and ironing board. The double patio doors open onto the shaded outside dining area.
Bedroom one on the ground floor is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is adjacent shower room which this bedroom utilises. On the upper level you will find bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room (1.60m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading onto the upper front terrace and adjacent family bathroom which is shared with bedroom four. Bedroom three is the master bedroom suite with a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), double wardrobes with digital safe, an en suite bathroom, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening on to the front upper terrace. Bedroom four is a double room (1.60m x 2.00m) with with split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool and this bedroom shares the use of the family bathroom.
The pool measures approximately 7 metres x 4 metres. The partially shaded terrace has dining for six, a gas BBQ and food preparation area with outside sink. The outside steps lead up to the middle terrace with rattan sofas and chairs, shaded by a parasol. There are also exterior stairs down to the games room/garage where you will find a pool table, bicycle, gym equipment, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an X box 360 (bring your own games). There is also an extra drinks fridge.
Villa Granada is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Pool towels available by request for an extra supplement. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
