Overview

Casa Perola is a charming two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with a private plunge pool and off road parking for one car. Situated in the peaceful resort of Vale do Garrao, a lovely urbanisation centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and within a 12 minute walk to Praia do Ancao or close driving distance of some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

Air conditioning and Fibre optic internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a microwave, four gas hobs, electric oven and grill, extractor, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area includes a table and seating for six people.

Steps down to the lounge with a large L shaped sofa and a lounge chair, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and a log burning fire for the colder months. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. The utility room under the stairs houses the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom one uses the adjacent full bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs to bedroom two which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a large private balcony with a table and two chairs.

Outside Space

The private plunge pool measures approximately 4m x 2m and is surrounded by terrace, there is a covered dining area with a table and lots of comfy sofa seating with a Gas BBQ . There is also a roof terrace two sun beds and table with two chairs.

Location

Casa Perola is ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. Close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there are a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away where you can experience the stunning Algarvian sunsets!

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel change and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
