Overview
Townhouse Farah is a recently refurbished three bedroom property that is situated in the peaceful resort of Vale do Garrao, a lovely urbanisation centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and within a 12 minute walk or close driving distance of some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer.
Living Areas
The modern and well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and two stools and appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, four electric hobs, toaster, kettle, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and grill and extractor and an iron and ironing board. Guest cloakroom.
Down a few steps to the air conditioned open plan lounge/dining area with a table and seating for six, ample comfy sofa seating, a large Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Please bring your own log-in to utilise Netflix, Amazon etc on the Smart TV. Patio doors lead directly to the decked terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Upstairs to bedroom one, which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a balcony. Bedroom two is on the next level up and is a twin bedroom with split unit air conditioned, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a balcony with a table and three chairs. Upstairs again to bedroom three which is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with a table and two chairs. For families with younger children, there is a stairgate on each of the sets of stairs.
Outside Space
Each of the bedroom suites have a private balcony. Off the lounge is a decked terrace with a charcoal BBQ to cook all your al-fresco meals, a table with seating for six people, relaxing lounger chairs and a comfy sofa and chairs. There is also a parasol for shading.
Location
Located close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there is a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away.
Other Items
Rates include maid cleaning service three times per week, usually Mon, Wed & Thu (except for Portuguese bank holidays) with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are included in the rental rate.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
