Overview
Situated in the Quadradinhos area of Vale do Lobo, Villa Caroline is a 3 bedroom detached villa with a private pool. This property is situated close to the entrance of Vale do Lobo, and is a short walk to the resort supermarket, and 15 minutes’ walk from the beach and Praca. Villa Caroline has been recently refurbished and has a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The entrance hall leads onto the main living area; an open plan air conditioned sitting room and dining area with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; Wi-fi internet connection, DVD player and CD player. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and includes the usual conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven and electric hobs and fridge freezer. The washing machine is located outside of the villa in a separate utility room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is on two levels; downstairs are two air conditioned twin bedrooms (0.90m x 2.00m) which share a bathroom. From both these bedrooms, you can step out onto the terrace and garden area. Upstairs the air conditioned master bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an en suite shower room, and a private roof terrace offering a relaxing secluded space, as well as great views of the golf course. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table & chairs.
Outside Space
Patio doors allow access to the terrace, charcoal barbecue and the lovely south facing pool which measures approximately 6 metres x 3 metres and is kidney bean shaped. The shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres, mid level is 1.55 metres and the deep end is 2.25 metres in depth. The attractive, mature garden which surrounds the golf course being laid to lawn, with established trees and shrubs. The pool area is protected by a gated fence from the villa driveway and side garden.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
