Bedroom five has twin beds made up as a double (beds measuring 1.8m x 2m) - these beds can be made into twins upon request- fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Vale do Lobo is a 5 star development situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Close to the beach, the development has 2 golf courses, tennis courts, a Leisure Club, shops and restaurants. Water sports, horse riding and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive. Faro Airport is twenty minutes by car. Shopping available at Quinta Shopping and Almancil, the nearest town, is ten minutes by car.
Maid service, towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement (May - Sept only).
The floor plan for this property only shows one bedroom on the upper level as this property used to be sold as a 4 bedroom property, however, there are definitely two bedrooms on the upper level as per the photographs.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
