Townhouse Aurora is a delightful three-bedroom split-level, end-of-row linked villa. This property is ideally situated just a short distance away from the famous Vale do Lobo Praca with all its amenities and the beautiful sandy beach. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.
The open plan living area and kitchen are bright and spacious, creating a welcoming space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a full-size fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, and a hand blender. The dining table comfortably seats six people.
The cozy lounge area features a large, comfy sofa and a flat screen Smart TV offering a wide range of English speaking channels, including popular options such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports. You’re also welcome to log into your own streaming accounts like Netflix or Amazon Prime. From here, patio doors open onto a private, south-facing balcony with stunning sea views. This lovely outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. It includes an electric awning and a parasol for shade. There is also a table with seating for six, plus a gas barbecue.
On the lower level, near the bathroom, you’ll find a utility area with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There’s also an additional living space, complete with sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a table football table, plus an extra drinks fridge – a great spot for a bit of fun or relaxing after a day out.
Bedroom one is on the lower level of the property and is a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has the use of a separate shower room with a heated towel rail.
On the first floor of the villa, you will find bedroom two, which is a room with a small double bed (1.80 x 1.40) with split unit air conditioning & fitted wardrobes. There is also an extra single bed in this room, which is suitable for one child up to 14 years old. This bedroom uses a separate shower room with a heated towel rail.
On the second floor, you will find bedroom three, which is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, and patio doors that open onto a private balcony, which is furnished with two comfy chairs and a table. This bedroom has the use of a separate shower room with a heated towel rail.
The private garden is neatly kept, with lawned areas and two palm trees that bring a hint of tropical beach charm. A built in charcoal BBQ is on hand for the budding chefs in the group, while the fixed stone table makes the perfect spot for al fresco dining. You’ll also find a handy outside shower to wash the sand off before relaxing. Not forgetting the additional gas BBQ on the balcony off the lounge.
Townhouse Aurora enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo, with the beautiful beaches and the lively Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants, and eateries, plus family entertainment during the summer months, all within close walking distance. The resort of Vale do Lobo is a 5 star development situated approximately 20 minutes' drive from Faro Airport. The development has 2 golf courses, tennis courts, a Spa, a supermarket, restaurants, and bars. Water sports, horse riding, and many other facilities are all within a 5 minute drive.
Rates include a mid-week light maid cleaning service, and a weekly maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is private parking at the front of the property for one car.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
