This property is only rented through June July and August and is owner occupied for most of the other months so it is a real home from home.

The villa which is all on one level comprises, an entrance hall with guest cloakroom leading to a very spacious living room with dining area, fireplace, IPTV with all English channels (not Sky Movies or Sport) MEO TV Package with 200 channels many in English, DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating.
The kitchen is fully fitted, and complete with dishwasher, washing machine, Moulinex filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is provided by three ensuite bedrooms, the master has a double bed and ensuite bathroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twins each with ensuite bathrooms with baths and shower over.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead to a covered terrace - ideal for eating outside - a sunbathing area - 6 sun loungers, a private swimming pool aprox 6M x 3M, BBQ - and fantastic views across the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf Course, to the ocean.

The location is within easy reach of the popular ‘Praca’ - just a short walk 7 - 8 minutes, here you will find cafes and 7 different restaurants, and of course the magnificent golden sandy beach.

The property has full air conditioning, which is included in the price. There is free Superfast Fibre WIFI internet access with up to 100MBS available to all guests.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
