Villa Trudene is a pleasing three bedroom semi-detached villa with a private plunge pool and views of the golf course and the sea. Located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo, this immaculate property also features wireless internet connection.
Living Areas
The well equipped and air conditioned kitchen has appliances including a toaster, fridge freezer, electric oven and grill, microwave, juicer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is a small courtyard off the kitchen ideal for drying clothes and the exterior cupboard houses the iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
The open plan lounge and dining area is complete with a table with seating for ten; ample comfy sofa seating and lounge chairs; split unit air conditioning; a flat screen smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; Bose speakers and patio doors opening onto the pool side terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin room (beds can be pushed together to make a double) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an adjacent shower room. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together to make a double) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.
Upstairs to bedroom three, which is the master bedroom. This super king bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a large terrace with great golf and sea views, a table, parasol and two chairs. There is an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanities.
Outside Space
The kidney shaped pool is surrounded by terrace and garden and is in a peaceful location, there is a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining, four sunbeds for soaking up the Algarve sunshine and a partially covered eating area with a table and seating for six.

The villa is within easy walking distance to the Praca where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the golden beach.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
