Villa Audree is a beautiful three bedroom semi-detached villa with a private kidney shaped pool and views of the 15th hole on the Royal Golf Course all the way down to the sea. This immaculate property also features air conditioning and wireless internet connection throughout. Villa Audree is ideal for families or friends wanting a peaceful break with the beach and restaurants of the Praca just a short stroll away.
The ground floor includes the entrance hall, cloakroom, living/dining room, the fully fitted kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms.
The first floor includes the spacious master suite and en suite bathroom, and the terrace that overlooks the pool & golf course with ocean beyond.
Living Areas
The spacious lounge/dining area includes a wall mounted flat screen TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Patio doors lead to the outside terrace and pool area, with fabulous views over the golf course all the way down to the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen is a guest cloakroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, washing machine and the oven, grill and hob. There is a small courtyard off the kitchen. The dining area has a table with seating for six persons.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is a adjacent separate bathroom with a shower unit. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a shower unit. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.
On the upper level is the master double bedroom with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and en-suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool, golf course and the beautiful coast. There are 2 sun beds and a table with six chairs on the terrace.
Outside Space
The kidney shaped pool (measuring approximately 6m x 3m) and terrace is south west facing and has a built in BBQ, there are sunbeds for lounging around soaking up the Algarve sunshine & a shaded dining area with a table and chairs.

Villa Audree is within easy walking distance of the Praca where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the golden beach.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
