Villa Morgane is an impressive three bedroom villa with private pool that has been recently refurbished to a high standard. This immaculate property features quality interiors throughout and is located on the peaceful residential estate of Vilas Alvas, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. In this area you will find some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer - and some of the most renowned and tempting restaurants too! Living Areas
Fully equipped contemporary design kitchen, with appliances including a fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric hobs x 4, extractor, juicer, integrated oven and microwave. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The living room is furnished with comfy sofas, and is complete with a flat screen TV with Nos cable channels and an IPTV box with a wide range or English language channels, Wi-fi internet, a fireplace, split unit a/c and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. Separate dining room with doors leading to the exterior dining area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, double wardrobes, an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.
Bedroom three is the master suite, situated on the first floor of the villa, and this suite is complete with a double bed, split unit a/c, dressing area with a safe in the wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with spa bath and double vanities. Doors lead to the two first floor balconies.
Outside Space
Private garden with a large swimming pool that measures 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and next to the pool is the shaded terrace with exterior dining table and 6 chairs and the BBQ. There is room for the off-road parking of one vehicle on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.
Location
Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away. There are excellent restaurants, including Alambique, within 5/10 minutes drive away. Julia's beach is within easy access of the villa either by car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk). The access to the beach when walking to and from the villa is great, with pavements and street lighting all of the way along the route.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly cleaning service, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
