Overview

Welcome to Townhouse Jasmin, a newly built four bedroom property, built on three levels with a private swimming pool and a rooftop jacuzzi. This fantastic linked villa is ideally located in the resort of Vilas Alvas which sits between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and within close driving distance to the resort of Dunas Douradas and Julias Beach.

Living Areas

Steps lead up to the front door and into a bright, spacious open plan living and dining area, stylishly furnished with plenty of comfortable sofa seating. The lounge features a flat screen Smart TV with a wide selection of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime by logging in with their own account credentials.

At the heart of the villa, an open central courtyard with a glass surround creates a striking feature, complete with a dining table seating for up to eight guests. Large floor to ceiling patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, filling the living area with natural light and creating a seamless indoor outdoor feel.

The modern kitchen, complete with a central island, is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing self catering stay. Appliances include four electric hobs, an extractor fan, integrated oven, grill and microwave, fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. Patio doors lead out to a private terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. A convenient cloakroom is also located on this level.

On the lower level of the property you will find the utility area which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. On this level there is also a further living/entertainment area complete with sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV and a pool table, perfect for those family holiday tournaments. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The pool table also converts into a large dining table.

Bedroom four is also found on this level separated from the living area by a glass panel.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The upper level is home to three beautifully presented en suite bedrooms. Bedroom one is a stylish twin room featuring twin beds measuring 0.90m x 2.0m, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a modern en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with lovely countryside views.

Bedroom two is an elegant double room with a king size bed measuring 1.80m x 2.0m, fitted wardrobes, centralised air conditioning and a spacious en suite shower room with double vanity units. Patio doors lead onto a front facing shared balcony overlooking the pool area.

Bedroom three is another double room with a 2.0m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors also open onto the shared balcony, offering views across the villa’s outdoor spaces.

From the upper landing, stairs lead up to the impressive roof terrace where guests can unwind in the private jacuzzi while taking in the surrounding views. The jacuzzi heating is included in the rental rates.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the fourth bedroom, offering additional convenience with its own separate entrance and separated by a glass panel from the entertainment area. This spacious double room includes split unit air conditioning, a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, dressing area and an en suite bathroom complete with a freestanding bath tub, walk in shower and double vanity units. Patio doors open directly onto a private space.

Outside Space

The south facing infinity pool measures approx. 7m x 3.5m and steps for easy entry. The wooden pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and two parasols. The shaded lounging area off the living room is furnished with comfy sofa seating. The rooftop features the private jacuzzi shaded by a pergola. The villa is protected by electric gates and there is a covered parking space for one car. As the infinity pool has a drop at the end, this pool is not suitable for unsupervised younger children.

Location

Ideally located in resort of Vilas Alvas, and within 5/10 minutes drive away from Julia's beach by either car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk). The villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle. Some of the Algarve’s most luxury golf resorts and excellent restaurants, including Alambique, and Bam Boo are only a few minutes drive away. Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Wed, & Fri with a mid week light clean and bathroom towel change and an weekly full clean with bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
