Overview
Villa Ocean is a smart 4 bedroom property with private pool. The property has been styled in neutral shades and offers comfortable accommodation. Air conditioning is available in the living room and three of the four bedrooms, and this is included in the rate.
Living Areas
The villa accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen, fully equipped. The living/dining room is lovely and spacious and is furnished with comfy seating and a breakfast table. A large flat screen TV shows Lazer cable tv,WiFi and there is also a DVD player, CD player and I-pod docking station.
The modern kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room, and appliances include a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hobs, coffee maker, dishwasher and additional drinks fridge. On the lower level of the villa there is a utility area with washing machine, tunble dryer and iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The sleeping accommodation includes 2 twin rooms and 2 double rooms, and there are 4 bathrooms. Bedroom one on the ground floor is a twin room that utilises the newly renovated bathroom next door. Also on the ground floor, bedroom two is a double room (bed measures 1.6m x 2m) with an ensuite shower room as well as doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite shower room.
On the lower level of the villa there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room- this room benefits from natural light but as this room is cooler than the other bedrooms it does not have air conditioning.
The first floor of Villa Ocean is dedicated to the Master bedroom, and this is a large double room (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with TV, doors to the private terrace and an en suite shower room with large walk-in shower, dual wash basins and a separate WC. The private terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a staircase gives direct access to the poolside terrace.
Outside Space
A choice of sun terraces, shaded terraces with dining areas, traditional built-in barbecue and balconies with views from which to relax and enjoy your villa vacation. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 metres x 4 metres.
Location
Situated in an ideal central position in the resort of Vale do Lobo, with the Praca, the beach and the many facilities of this prestigious golf resort all within close proximity.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
