Overview
Welcome to Villa Renee– a beautifully renovated, three-bedroom villa in classic bougainvillea style, complete with its own private pool. Full of charm and character, this lovely home is ideally located in the heart of the prestigious Vale do Lobo golf resort, and only a short stroll from the popular Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and within easy walking distance of the stunning Dunas Douradas beach. Villa Renee has been thoughtfully decorated in neutral shades to create a calm & relaxing ambience. Air conditioning, mosquito nets on all the windows and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The spacious and modern lounge, dining area and kitchen has centralised air conditioning and is of an open plan design. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc). The dining table has seating for six people. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.
The contemporary style kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a kettle; four electric hobs; extractor; juicer; integrated electric oven, grill & microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer; toaster and a fridge freezer. Doors from the kitchen lead to a small terrace and clothes drying area. There is also a guest cloakroom as you enter the property.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one & two are on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a twin room which can be prepared as a double upon prior request, with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.
Stairs lead up to the master bedroom which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and en suite full bathroom with a separate shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony furnished with two sunbeds, two chairs and a table.
Outside Space
The poolside terrace is a beautiful private area and for the sunbathers in the group there are sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and there is one parasol if you prefer a little shade. The pool measures approx. 6m x 4m and has a ladder for easy entry. Next to the pool is the covered exterior dining area complete with a table and seating for six people, this is the perfect spot for enjoying al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ. There is an additional seating area furnished with a comfy sofa.
Location
Situated near to the tennis academy in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo which boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy. The beaches at Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas are two of the most beautiful and high-quality beaches that the Algarve coastline has to offer.
Other Items
Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
