The entrance leads to the hallway with a guest cloakroom to the right. The villa has an alarm system installed. The living room is open plan and incorporates an attractive dining area near the kitchen. There is a television with Lazer, offering a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC, ITV; and there is also a DVD player; I-pod dock and CD player/music system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including dishwasher, oven and hobs, fridge freezer, juicer, filter coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two twin bedrooms (twin beds 0.90m x 2.00m). Bedroom one uses an adjacent shower room and bedroom two uses an adjacent bathroom.

Outside Space

The lovely living room leads on to an attractive pool and garden area with table and chairs, a fixed charcoal barbecue and a wall with climbing plants for extra privacy. The outdoor area has sun loungers and an umbrella as well as a party covered terrace for outdoor dining. There are table and chairs for 6 people. The swimming pool is south facing, kidney shaped and measures approximately 5 metres x 3 metres. The shallow end measures 1.30 and the deep end 2.20 in depth.

Centrally located close to the tennis centre and a short drive away or 15 minute walk from the Praca.
