Overview

Villa Sibele is beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom single level villa with private plunge pool where a pool safety fence is available upon prior request. The property is situated close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and within walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas and the range of facilities that the beautiful resort of Vale do Lobo has to offer. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen furnished with a dining table with seating for four people, two comfy sofas, a 'fogo mantanha' log burning fireplace, and a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). Patio doors open directly onto the pool area.

The kitchen in modern in design and well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, Krups coffee machine, four electric hobs, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave. The kitchen door opens onto a small courtyard/drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen Smart TV (showing the wide range of cable channels) and an en suite bathroom complete with a separate shower unit and double vanities. There is an additional guest cloakroom by the villa entrance.

Outside Space

Villa Sibele has a private kidney shaped pool which measures approx. 6m x 3m with ladder entry. There is a child safety fence that can be erected with prior notice. The terrace is complete with four sun loungers, two parasols, a charcoal BBQ and a shaded eating area with a exterior dining table with seating for six people.

Location

Villa Sibele enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
