Overview
Villa Soleil is a four bedroom villa with private heated pool that enjoys a fabulous location close to the beach and the popular Praca, and the views from the villa are simply beautiful, overlooking the 14th fairway of the Vale do Lobo ocean course with the sea beyond.
The villa has dual air con units.
Living Areas
The living room looks out to the poolside terrace and golf course beyond, and features a flat screen TV with Lazer which has many English changes and Sky Sports.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include an American style fridge freezer; coffee maker; juicer; dishwasher; gas and electric hob; oven and microwave. There is a breakfast bar and access to the poolside terrace and BBQ area. An exterior room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this is a twin bedroom that uses an adjacent bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor of the property.
Bedroom two is the Master suite, complete with a Super King double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and superb views of the ocean through the full length patio doors and windows. En suite bathroom with double wash basins and large shower over bath. Doors lead directly to the first floor terrace.
Bedroom three is the main guest room, with a 2.0 metre x 2.0 metre double bed( can be made up as twin if preferred) and once again lovely views of the golf course and ocean beyond. En suite bathroom.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and doors to the first floor terrace.
Outside Space
Villa Soleil has a beautiful outlook, with views of the 14th fairway of the Vale do Lobo Ocean course with the ocean beyond. A spacious shaded terrace is complemented comfortable patio furniture, sun loungers and a gas BBQ. The freeform shaped swimming pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres, and is 2.0 metres in depth at the deep end and 1.3 metres at the shallow end. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
Location
The villa enjoys a fabulous location close to the beach and the popular Praca area. The prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo has two renowned golf courses- the Royal course and the Ocean course, which Villa Soleil is located alongside. The Praca is where you will find excellent nightlife, with a good selection of bars and restaurants, and in the surrounding area of Vale do Lobo there is also a wide range of restaurants to choose from.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
