Overview

Villa Sophy is a spectacular three bedroom property, built on two levels, with a private pool and garden, situated in the heart of Vale do Lobo, overlooking the 10th fairway of the Ocean course and within walking distance of the beach and Praca with its bars and restaurants. Fibre optic Wi-Fi and maid service are included in the rental rates. Air conditioning and pool heating are available for a supplemental charge.

Living Areas

Steps lead down from the villa entrance to the open plan lounge and dining area with ample sofa seating and chairs, a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc), two x split air conditioning units, a table with seating for six people and double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a breakfast bar and two stools and appliances including an American fridge freezer, an electric oven and grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor, an extra drinks fridge, four electric hobs, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

There is a TV room with a sofa, a desk, a flat-screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports, and split unit air conditioning. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Patio doors open onto a private balcony with golf course views.

Outside Space

The outside terrace has wonderful golf course views and is partially covered to provide the perfect shaded area for your family’s al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ and to be enjoyed on the large outside dining table with seating for seven people. There is outside comfy sofa seating for you to relax and read your favourite book. The swimming pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has steps entry, it has an electric pool cover and can be heated for a supplemental charge, there is room for sunbathing on the sun terrace, furnished with eight sunbeds and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. Laid to lawn in areas with faux grass and surrounded by trees and shrubs.

Location

Great central location- the lively Praca with its bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance- as is the main Vale de Lobo golf club reception where you will find shops, a spa, and the clubhouse.
