Overview
Villa Suzanne is a traditional style three bedroom villa with private pool situated in the urbanisation of Vale do Garrao which is centrally positioned between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and is within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants, The resort of Dunas Douradas is within in close proximity.
Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate. This three bedroom property sleeps 8 persons as bedroom three has 2 x doubles (twin beds pushed together)- so this room is ideal for a family with 1 or 2 younger children.
Living Areas
The lounge is bright and spacious with ample comfy sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc on the Smart TV), music centre, log burning fire place and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. The curved staircase leads to the upper level.
The kitchen features split unit air conditioning and a large table with seating for eight people. Fully equipped, with appliances including four gas hobs, electric oven, toaster, Coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The adjoining laundry room houses the Bosch Washing Machine & Bosch tumble-dryer, a De'Longhi coffee espresso powder machine and a microwave. Upstairs, between bedrooms two and three is a small sitting area with sofa seating and patio doors opening onto the upper balcony with sea views and a table with four chairs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor and is a double room (two twin beds pushed together) room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden.
Upstairs to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room (twins pushed together) with split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom three has two doubles (2 x 2 twins pushed together) split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three uses the adjacent shower room with double vanities.
Outside Space
The pool measures approximately 6m x 6m, there is a partially covered eating area with a gas BBQ, a table and seating for eight people. There are eight sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a parasol for shade.
Location
Located close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there is a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek bed linen and towel change and a weekly clean. Pool towels & a safe are provided for your convenience.
Please note that the photos of the pool at Villa Suzanne were taken in winter when the sun is lower in the sky so there is some shading on the pool. We will take new photos in due course.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
