Overview
Situated in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo, Villa Vasco is a wonderful three bedroom property that sleeps up to six persons, The rates include air conditioning throughout, Wi-fi internet and a generously sized exterior area with private infinity pool and barbecue area.
Living Areas
Entrance to the property is via a flight of steps to the raised entrance and pool level. The villa benefits from a telephone entry system, alarm and electric shutters throughout with a central control panel. The entrance door opens to the living/dining area, furnished with comfy sofas and a circular dining table and chairs and complete with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; Wi-fi internet and DVD player.
The living/dining area is open plan to the kitchen, which is equipped with an integrated oven and microwave; 4 x electric hobs; extractor; toaster; kettle; juicer; sandwich toaster; Nespresso coffee maker; dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a CD player.
The lower level of the villa is air conditioned and has a TV with the English language cable channels and DVD player; the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a guest cloakroom. On this level of the property is a double bedroom with access to bathroom
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms are on the first floor of Villa Vasco. Bedroom one has twin beds; central a/c system with individual room control and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two is the double master suite, with the central a/c system; dressing area with safe; en suite bathroom with double vanities, shower and bath; patio doors leading to the terrace, exclusively for this bedroom. Bedroom three is on the lower level and has a double bedroom and a shower room
Outside Space
Villa Vasco has very spacious exterior areas, equipped with a gas BBQ and food preparation area. The wood decking poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and the infinity pool measures 6 x 4 metres and is perfect for taking a refreshing dip during the hot summer months. The pool can also be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
Location
Situated in an exclusive area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
